Our Dedication to Collaboration

Why Collaboration Matters
Children thrive when everyone involved in their care:
• Shares consistent strategies
• Reinforces the same expectations
• Communicates regularly about progress and challenges
• Supports generalization of skills in real-world settings
How We Partner with Parents
• Parent Training & Coaching – We teach parents how to use ABA techniques at home to reduce challenging behaviors and promote communication and independence.
• Weekly Progress Updates – We keep families informed with data summaries and open communication.
• Shared Goal-Setting – Parents are part of the treatment planning process and help choose meaningful, functional goals.
• In-Home Support – We provide therapy directly in the home when appropriate to promote family-wide learning.
How We Collaborate with Schools
• School Consultations – Our BCBAs can observe the child at school and make recommendations that align with both classroom needs and ABA strategies.
• IEP & ARD Support – We help families navigate special education services and advocate for behavior goals in the child’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
• Team Meetings – We join school staff in meetings (virtually or in person) to ensure strategies are consistent across settings.
• Teacher Coaching – We offer support and behavior strategies that are easy for teachers to implement in the classroom.
Working Together for the Child’s Success
When families and educators partner with ABA professionals, we build a strong, unified support system around the child. This helps skills grow faster—and stick longer.

Together, we can help your child flourish and bloom everywhere they go.
Parent and School Collaboration in ABA Therapy

At Fleurish and Bloom Behavior Center, PLLC, we believe the most meaningful progress happens when families, schools, and therapists work together. ABA therapy is most effective when skills are practiced consistently across home, school, and community environments.
