Hi, I’m Valarie Brown, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with a Master’s in Education. I’m the founder and clinical director of Fleurish and Bloom Behavior Center, PLLC, where our mission is to help every child grow, thrive, and bloom through compassionate, individualized ABA therapy.

 

With a strong foundation in behavioral science and a heart for service, I have dedicated my career to supporting children on the autism spectrum and their families. I specialize in developing meaningful, evidence-based treatment plans that promote growth in communication, daily living skills, and positive behavior—always honoring each child’s unique strengths.

 

I founded Fleurish and Bloom to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space for families navigating the world of ABA therapy. My approach emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and celebrating progress—no matter how big or small. I’m committed to walking alongside each family on their journey and helping every child flourish with confidence and care.
